Oda Pepper - 75 days, 5"-6" long. Ingrid Pepper - 85 days. Two favorite varieties in one pack. Oda is a smaller, hot pink tapered “sweet” pepper that offers more of a green pepper taste. If allowed to ripen fully they will transform into the colors of the sunset with swirls of pink, peach and apricot . They are delicious pan fried or stuffed the their color is out of this world! Ingrid is a full sized bell pepper that starts out green and ripens to a deep chocolate burgundy color from skin into the flesh. If allowed to ripen fully, it is one-off the most flavorful bells you will ever taste- sweet, rich complex flavors, crunchy, crisp texture and unique chocolate color.
