1 Large bowl of organic, cherry, grape, and or plum tomatoes
Organic white vinegar
Preheat your oven to the lowest setting (Mine sets at 170 degrees Farhenheit)
Line baking sheets
Pour equal parts water and white vinegar into a bowl
Slice your tomatoes in half and dunk them into the solution
Carefully scoop out with a slotted spoon and place onto the prepared baking sheets seed side upBake for 6 hours checking periodically.
* Prop oven door open slightly with a hard wooden spoon while baking, to allow excess moisture to be released
