Absolutely stunning... A forever favorite! It's no secret that I am a total sucker for this magnificent color combination... but Aurora Blue just does it oh so well. This rare collector's variety produces absolutely flawless fruits that have the most luscious raspberry colored skin with shimmering violet to deep purple colored shoulders. If allowed to ripen deeply, you will find the base turns a beautiful shade of crimson and the shoulders are almost black as pictured above. The plants are very attractive, disease free and produce high yields, very early on, with our first ripe fruit coming in at around 75 days. A gorgeous slicer with rich, raspberry red flesh that is extremely dense, firm, meaty, sweet and tender. Will forever be grown at Carmel Bella Farm.
