Hardy, indeterminate vines produce large clusters of softball sized fruits that are firm, crack resistant and very beautiful. Deep coloured purplish-black shoulders bleed into an orange red base. The flesh is low water content making them ideal for sauces and roasting but the flavor is equally as delicious fresh as toast toppers with your favorite cheeses or wonderful for sandwiches.
